Ravi & Julie Kandal
Founders
Kingdom Foundations began long before it had a name.
Julie first traveled to India on a six-month ministry trip, where she met Ravi while serving alongside him. During those months, a friendship began to grow around a shared love for Jesus, the nations, and seeing lives transformed through the Gospel.
When Julie returned to the United States, their story was only beginning.
As their relationship grew, Julie understood that saying “yes” to Ravi also meant saying “yes” to a very different life. It meant leaving the familiarity of home, moving to India, and embracing the calling God had placed on Ravi’s life. Rather than rushing ahead, they prayerfully sought the Lord’s timing. What many expected to happen quickly unfolded over the next three years.
In 2004, Ravi and Julie were married and returned to India, where Julie immediately stepped into a new season—not only as a missionary wife, but as a mother to the seven children Ravi had already welcomed into his family.
In the years that followed, God also blessed them with four biological children, creating a beautifully blended home rooted in love, faith, and the values of Christ.
The Family God Built
Ministry Began Around the Table.
Long before conferences, mentoring, and online teaching, ministry was happening in everyday life.
When Ravi and Julie married, they did not simply begin a ministry together—they began building a family.
What started with seven children in India eventually grew into a beautifully blended family, as God also blessed them with four biological children. Today, while raising their family in Georgia, they remain deeply connected to the children and grandchildren who continue to call India home.
Every child, every season, and every challenge taught them the same lesson:
The Kingdom of God grows through relationships before it grows through platforms.
Their family continually reminds them that ministry is not something you only do from a stage.
It is something you live around the dinner table, through everyday conversations, through sacrifice, through showing up, and through faithfully loving the people God has entrusted to you.
That same heart now shapes everything Kingdom Foundations does—from mentoring one person to equipping churches around the world.
What God Was Revealing
Many people loved Jesus, yet still lived under pressure.
What began as a church-planting ministry in India grew into caring for vulnerable children, equipping pastors, strengthening local churches, advocating for justice, and serving communities with both compassion and the hope of Christ.
Through every season of ministry, Ravi and Julie discovered something that would forever shape the direction of Kingdom Foundations.
Broken trust changes how people interpret God, themselves, and the world around them.
Not because they lack faith, but because pressure, fear, pain, and disappointment can quietly shape the way people respond to life.
Today, Kingdom Foundations exists to help restore broken trust so people can hear God’s voice, walk in freedom, and confidently fulfill the unique calling God has placed on their lives.

Ravi Kandal
Helping people hear God’s voice with confidence.
Ravi’s life was radically transformed through an encounter with Jesus Christ that awakened a deep dependence on hearing and following God’s voice.
For more than twenty years, that dependence has taken him from remote villages and church plants to mentoring leaders, equipping pastors, speaking at conferences, and walking alongside individuals searching for freedom and direction.
Wherever he ministers, his passion remains the same: helping people know Jesus more deeply, hear His voice more clearly, and confidently walk in the purpose God has prepared for them.
Ravi has a unique ability to recognize the deeper patterns beneath fear, pressure, anxiety, and broken trust. Through biblical wisdom, compassionate discernment, and a deep reliance on the Holy Spirit, he helps people discover what God is restoring and respond with faith.
His greatest joy is seeing people discover they can confidently hear God’s voice for themselves.

Julie Kandal
Quiet strength behind every season.
Since co-founding Kingdom Foundations with Ravi in 2004, Julie has faithfully walked beside him through every season of ministry.
From the early days of church planting in India to raising a beautifully blended family, Julie has consistently reflected the heart of Kingdom Foundations through quiet faithfulness, compassion, and a deep love for people.
While much of her ministry happens behind the scenes, Julie carries the heart of Kingdom Foundations before the Lord through faithful prayer and intercession. Her quiet dependence on God has been a steady foundation for the ministry, covering its people, direction, and mission with wisdom, grace, and steadfast faith.
In this season, much of Julie’s ministry is centered in her family. As the mother of three active boys involved in sports and a young adult daughter, she has embraced this season with joy, investing deeply in the lives God has entrusted to her while continuing to strengthen the vision of Kingdom Foundations through prayer, encouragement, and faithful support.
Julie reminds us that faithfulness isn’t measured by the size of a platform, but by saying yes to God’s calling in every season of life.
Her life beautifully reflects one of the values that has always shaped Kingdom Foundations: people are always more important than platforms.

Jackie Koller
Turning biblical truth into practical transformation.
Jackie’s life was forever changed in 1997 through a powerful encounter with Jesus Christ during the Brownsville Revival in Pensacola, Florida. That encounter awakened a lifelong passion to know God deeply and follow His leading wherever He would send.
For the next ten years, Jackie served with Youth With A Mission (YWAM), primarily in India and Australia, where God cultivated her heart for missions, discipleship, and cross-cultural ministry. She later spent three years with Global Awakening before moving to India to serve alongside Ravi and Julie Kandal with Kingdom Foundations.
After six years in India, Jackie helped relocate the ministry headquarters to Atlanta, Georgia, in 2015. Today, she serves as CEO, helping lead the ministry while continuing to teach, mentor, write, and develop resources that make biblical truth practical and transferable.
Jackie has a unique gift for recognizing the connections between Scripture, human behavior, and spiritual growth. She enjoys building practical frameworks that help people understand biblical truth, apply it with confidence, and experience lasting transformation.
Her passion is helping people move beyond simply understanding God’s Word to confidently living it, so that biblical truth becomes a lasting reality in everyday life.

Some of our most meaningful ministry moments have not happened from a stage. They have happened around dinner tables, during long conversations, over coffee, and in the everyday moments where trust is built and lives are changed.
Those relationships continue to shape who we are and how we serve today.

We do not want people to become followers of Kingdom Foundations.
